Welaptega has an on-going program of research, development and innovation to respond to client needs and to harvest emerging technologies to solve problems offshore.
We are always on the look-out for technologies from other industries which can be adopted and added to our tool box. For example, our 3D modeling suite was originally adapted and marinized from a technology used in the mining industry.
Our current projects include the testing and marinizing of a magnetic flux wire rope inspection technology for subsea rope inspection.
