Welaptega CMS is a specially designed technology deployed by remotely operated vehicle (ROV) to measure underwater mooring chains on floating platforms.
The CMS can detect damage, wear, corrosion and pitting of chain material. It also inspects erosion between adjacent chain links and overall link length.
The CMS can be deployed in-air by hand or underwater by Work Class ROV.
