The high definition 3D video camera system is deployed by ROV (remotely operated vehicle) to capture high definition three-dimensional video footage of subsea systems and components. The added dimension of spatial awareness allows ROV operators to perform manipulator tasks more efficiently, and enhances subsea inspection by providing depth perspective. High definition three-dimensional video provides higher quality viewing for analysis and review, both in real-time and during playback.
